This place is conveniently located just 1 mile from Guindy National Park, and the dining spot Slounge, which is within a 10-minute walk, was fantastic.

A very standard Lemon Tree hotel. Nothing special, either good or bad.

Excellent range of services from free airport pickup, to dinner to value adds like a free business center, free wi-fi, DVD rentals, pool etc. Very good service and great convenience and comfort.
Not sure but maybe it already has those facilities. If hotels can also have magazines/books that guests can read and return, would be great.. For those rainy days where you cannot step out and dont want to watch TV..

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect as it was close to the main road and easily connected to other parts of the city. The staff, from the front desk to the restaurant and management, were extremely proactive and made extra efforts to serve us during breakfast time. They treated us in a totally friendly manner and spoke with us in a polite manner. The room amenities were top-notch, with ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, a mini-bar, and a sitting area. The in-room safe and patio were nice added touches. The hotel also provided free toiletries, a refrigerator, an electric kettle, and a television. The flat-screen TV and parquet floor added a touch of luxury to our stay. The dining at the restaurant was excellent and the bar/lounge area was a great place to unwind after a long day. The hotel also had a leisure swimming pool, which was a nice bonus. The Wi-Fi and on-site car park were convenient amenities that made our stay even more enjoyable.
This place is highly recommended for families.

Great location and clean rooms with all basic amenities provided. the staff is friendly and always ready to help with a smiling face. the restaurant serves a variety of dishes and the food is tasty. It's a great place to stay in the city with easy access to key locations.
The pool is small and unattended, and the water wasn't clean during my visit. It's not a good spot to relax and unwind.

My business trip was made more enjoyable by the excellent service provided by the staff. They were friendly and went out of their way to help. I also loved the delicious food at the hotel restaurant and the comfortable bed in my room. The key location of the hotel, right in the heart of the city, was also very convenient for my meetings.
I was disappointed that my business name was not included on my invoice, even though I had specifically requested it and left my business card at the front desk. Additionally, despite my follow-up email, I have yet to receive a response or a corrected invoice. This has caused some inconvenience and delays in my accounting process.

It takes about 15 minutes to reach the airport, and the property is also near Miot hospital. the rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the staff was courteous and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a variety of options, and the traditional filter coffee served by friendly staff like Lakshmi. the view of the Guindy National Park from the room was peaceful and added to the overall pleasant stay.
We did encounter some issues with the hotel's facilities. the accessibility features for disabled people were not up to the mark, making it a challenging stay for people with mobility issues.
